Package your watch & we'll collect it
Follow our handy step-by-step guide to packaging your watch ready for collection by our DHL couriers.
Once they’ve collected it we’ll notify you of it’s arrival at our workshop and begin repairing your watch.

Pay after the repair is complete
Once your watch is repaired and has passed all quality control checks, we’ll send a secure payment link.
We’ll then despatch your watch back to you via our insured DHL couriers.
