How to Package Your Watch Ready for Collection
DON'T SEND YOUR ORIGINAL BRAND BOX
We would first advise not to send your watch in its original branded box as this may delay inbound processing. Also if the box is damaged in transit we cannot replace it.

Instead, wrap your watch in either tissue paper or bubble wrap. If you do not have any, kitchen roll or newspaper will work just as well.
WRAP YOUR WATCH
Ideally your now wrapped watch should be placed into a medium size box no smaller than 6 inches in length. Fill the void space with more bubble or paper so that your wrapped watch is secure.

USE A PADDED ENVELOPE
Alternatively if you do not have a box you can use a padded envelope no smaller than an A4 piece of paper. Make sure the packet cannot be ripped open easily during transit and that all the edges are sealed with tape.

PRINT THE DHL LABEL AND AFIX TO YOUR BOX
Secure around all the edges so that it cannot rip or tear off.
Once your watch has been collected and delivered to our watch workshop we will notify you by email of its safe arrival.
