Our website will create a shipping label for you to print at attach to your parcelled watch.

4. DHL will come to your home or work
Whether your at home or work or working from home, our DHL courier will come to collect your watch.
5. We notify you of your watch's arrival
When your watch arrives we will book it into our repair system and keep you updated.
6. Repaired by an expert watchmaker
One of our fully trained and accredited watchmakers will inspect and service and repair your watch to the brands specifications
7. Once repaired we will fully quality control
Your watch will be fully resealed and checked to manufacturer’s specifications.
8. We will provide a fully tracked return
Once your watch has passed QC we will notify you and provide you with a tracking number.

Our most in-depth service, providing services to the highest quality standards to match SEIKO themselves whilst also ensuring your repair is quick and you are kept completely up-to-date.
Our efficiency allows for all SEIKO battery reseal repairs to be despatched back to you 24-hours after receiving it into our workshop. We only use RENATA Swiss batteries and change all gaskets with a pressure testing to SEIKO specifications
